A delightful & spacious, eat-in kitchen with island, counter bar and top of the line appliances shares space with a warm and inviting family room. Sliders off the kitchen lead to the heated pool which is surrounded by a patio with plenty of outdoor seating and dining options to choose from.

 

There are two Primary Suites. One on the first floor with a king bed, TV, full bath with soaking tub & pedestal sink. Upstairs is a second Primary Suite also with a King bed, stunning views, and an enormous bathroom fit for royalty, complete with a whirlpool tub, double vanity sink, and ample closet space.

 

Down the catwalk...yes ~ the catwalk, are two bedrooms with a shared Jack and Jill bath. Each has a queen bed and TV. An office with built-in desk and cabinetry provides plenty of work space (with a view) for those who must.

 

The lower walk-out level comes complete with TV, games, ping pong and even a bonafide arcade game...perfect for keeping the kiddos busy! Located 9.8 miles (16 minute drive) to Dreams Park, 5 miles (9 minute drive) to the village of Cooperstown, 29.8 miles (40 minute drive) to All Star Village.
