Lake Lady Properties will provide all booking and calendar management services for your property. From the initial inquiry to the post-stay review, we will maintain full contact with guests, answer questions leading up to and during guest’s stay.

Our Vacation Rental Software system integrates seamlessly with our website and syncs with VRBO and Airbnb calendars providing up to the minute, real-time availability.

Home Inspections and Maintenance

A lot goes into caring for your vacation rental property, and most of our homeowners live out of the area. That’s why Lake Lady is the partner you want by your side. We will schedule and attend your annual fire and safety inspections and connect you with excellent resources for the ongoing maintenance to ensure your property continues to operate smoothly year after year.

Cleaning

We happily provide professional turn-over & housekeeping services for vacation rentals we manage. We do not provide housekeeping services otherwise.
