Property Highlights

New for 2025! 5 Suite "Mom & Pop" Style Lodge set on the shores of Otsego Lake. Each suite has their own kitchenettes, full baths, lake views, and deck or patio access. All have A/C.

Suites 1 & 2 are mirror images of each other, and sit at road level with parking right outside the door. There is a queen bed in each of these units with a twin bed in the sunporch of each. Each has their own private balcony. Each of these suites sleeps up to 3 guests.

Suites 3 & 4 are both on the middle floor. (Requires stairs). Suite 3 has a larger kitchen, 2 full baths, a living room with trundle sofa, a bedroom with a queen bed (with en-suite bath), and a twin bed in the sunporch. Suite 3 sleeps up to 5 guests.

Suite 4 is similar to units 1 & 2 and has a queen bed, smaller scale kitchenette, full bathroom, and a sunporch, but no twin bed. . Suites 3 & 4 share an expansive deck. Suite 4 sleeps up to 2 guests.

Suite 5 is the lowest level unit and has a full kitchen, bath, bedroom with queen bed, and living room with trundle sofa. This unit opens to a patio and expansive lawn. Suite 5 sleeps up to 4 guests.

This lodge is ideal for larger groups who wish to stay together, but prefer a degree of separation. You can book the entire property which sleeps up to 17 guests, or you may book individual units based on your needs.

The outside spaces are lovely and well-maintained. The decks all take in extensive lake views. The middle deck and lower patio each have gas bbq grills. The upper two decks do not have grills.

The lawn to the dock is shared. Meander down the grassy slope via stone stairs, and enjoy sunning on the free-standing deck along the way, or make your way down to the lakefront where you will enjoy nearly 50' of direct lakefront, a dock, and beach area. The beach area will vary in size as the water fluctuates.

This lovely property is located 6.5 miles north of the village of Cooperstown (about 10 minutes). 11.5 miles to Dreams Park (about 20 minutes), and 28.2 miles to the All Star Village (about 42 minutes).
