Warm morning greetings from your complimentary sunrise from one of the finest views in Cooperstown!

 

This lovely property offers two levels of living space. Each level is a self-contained unit that is connected to the other via a common interior staircase. Upstairs has a full kitchen which opens to the dining and living room area, a full bath with tub/shower combination and 2 bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a four poster queen sized bed, 2 large dressers and a full closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a small dresser and a full closet. A large wrap around deck spans the front of the house and is accessed by two sliding doors. Your kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal. AC has been installed to ensure your comfort.

 

Downstairs consists of an oversized studio with a kitchenette, 2 queen beds (one is a pull out sofa) and a full bath with shower. There is also a large, more shaded deck on this level from which to enjoy the views. The walls of this unit are covered in barn board creating a soft, yet rustic ambience. The washer and dryer are accessible to and shared by both units.

 

The over-sized decks offers plenty of room for dining, sun-bathing, star-gazing, boat watching, reading, BBQing, etc. Most of your visit might just center right here.

 

Apple TV/cable/internet are provided. There is also a DVD player, movies, games, books and more for your entertainment.

 

We provide 3 off-street parking spaces located behind the property.

 

*This home is across the street from the water and does not have lake access, only lake views.

 

**IMPORTANT** This property accommodates a maximum of 8 guests due to fire code and septic regulations. More than this number will result in an immediate cancellation of our agreement and your reservation, and you will forfeit your full deposit. Children are considered guests, so please include them in your count.

 

We are happy to accommodate well-behaved children. Please use discretion in determining whether or not this is the ideal place for your family. Families with young children may find this property is not suitable, as the house is not child-proof, and has a number of features that may not provide for their optimal safety. Feel free to contact me for further information regarding suitability.
